Evaluation & Assessment (Report Cards)

Student performance in a course is reported informally by telephone and at student conferences. Teachers are encouraged to contact parents to notify them of concerns regarding a student’s progress, via written interim reports, the planner and/or by telephone during the school year.

We will hold two informal reporting dates with student conferences from 1:00-4:00p.m. and 6:00-8:00p.m. on October 20 & February 2. There will be no classes on either of these dates.

Please Note: Due to the BCTF Teacher Job Action, student conferences have been cancelled for both dates. These two days will be days of regular classroom instruction.
